On the special days of your beloved ones, take one of the bottle. Write a letter. Pour all of your miss feelings and hidden tears on it. Do not tell me that you never, can not or will not cry ! :-) What’s next ? Roll the letter and put the message in the bottle. Plug back the bottle cap. There you are, put the bottle back to its storage place.

Depends on how long you must undergo the isolated situation. You may make some similar message in a bottle. There is nothing wrong for doing that. It all begun when there were only sail ships. No matter how tough the sailors were, nothing could resist the power of love. The young ones would miss their love just the way you feel it now. They start to do the same like you just did. The only difference is, those days they sealed the bottle and plung it into the sea water. Hoping that it will reach the coast where their love lives. Believe it or not, it happened.

Now is your turn. On your coming home glory day, all you have to do is go back to your list and get the gifts you want to present to your beloved ones.
